ND Consulting (NDC) is growing and we’re looking for experienced industry freelance consultants to join our team. Our consultants assist companies implement and operate Yardi software, in the service of meeting their specific business needs.

NDC consultants require strong project management skills, and a self-starter mindset. Our consultants work entirely remote with minimal travel required.

In addition, we are looking for technical report development consultants whom have experience with: Yardi Standard Reports, Yardi Spreadsheet Reports, and SSRS.

To join the NDC consulting network you should have:

Project Management
& Implementation

  • Experience with Yardi or other property management software
  • Project management skills, including organized documentation, project planning, and effective meetings
  • Understanding of Yardi implementations, specifically how to organize and execute them
  • Analytical problem-solving mindset in the face of diverse arena of business challenges
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Independent performer that tackles challenges without the need for guidance

Report Developer

  • Understanding of Yardi’s database schema
  • Experience developing Yardi reports: standard, YSR and SSRS
  • Aptitude to read and write medium to complex SQL queries
  • Ability to diagnose and optimize long-running reports
  • Independent performer that operates effectively with minimal guidance
