Yardi has a feature where you can schedule posting Large Batches (batch contains more than 1,000 records) later in the day or overnight. If you are frequently posting large batches during the day, this could have a negative impact on your users. Especially if the batch is for a previously closed period. Posting to a previous period automatically triggers Rebuild GL. Setting up the Large Batch processing is easy but will require involvement from your Yardi Administrator. The following batch types qualify for Large Batch posting: Charge, Receipt, Payable, and Journal.
