Login Error Level Code 5

When trying to log into Voyager, you keep receiving the following error message: Invalid user code/password. Level 5. The error refers to an issue with your user account setup. Level 5 indicates that your user was set up as an Interface User, not a Voyager user. You’ll need to contact your Yardi Administrator and request them to uncheck the Interface user setting.

Move In Date Mismatch Report

Do you need to make corrections to the move in date on the resident screen as the move in date does not match the effective
