This engagement is intended to assess the accounting systems and processes used by the client as configured and applied within the Yardi Voyager platform. During the course of this engagement, we will accomplish the following tasks:

Ensure that transactions are recorded in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

Verify that the Chart of Accounts is compliant with GAAP and follows industry best practices for the reporting of financials

Map financial information including the good form presentation of the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement

Review that all Accounts and Options are accurate and logical

Ensure that Accounts Payable are configured correctly within the platform

Ensure that Accounts Receivable are configured correctly within the platform
