As your portfolio grows there may be a need to add more reasons why a tenant has moved out. To do this, you’ll need access to the Administration menu. Navigate to Admin >> Environment, and locate the list Tenant Reasons For Moveout. Click on Edit and enter the new move-out reason to the list. Finally, click on Save.
