Do you want to prevent users from posting their own batches?

Good news! Yardi has a permission for that. Using this permission will not only help tighten up your internal controls, it will also put you in good graces with your auditors. When your users create a batch, the post button will be disabled. This is a group permission, so your Yardi Administrator will have to apply the permission to all groups.
