Task runner is a useful function for running processes such as late fees, applying credits and prepays. By using this functionality, you will avoid time-consuming procedures. Please run this function outside of regular business hours to avoid performance issues.
Rebuild Totals Log
When any transaction is erased/deleted a rebuild will be prompted. You can monitor if your staff is running rebuilds frequently or daily. To make sure your totals tie you can rebuild your totals by going into your Administration role-> Toolbox-> Rebuild Totals log.
Never Miss a Critical Event Again – Daily Activity Report
Property managers can review their daily tasks, move-ins, move outs, recertifications due, and pending deposit accounting. Accessing this report on a daily basis will assist in completing time sensitive activities.
Unposting Management Fees
Need to recalculate your management fees after they have been posted? You can un-post the payable or journal entry and/or batch. To un-post these fees, you would access: Payables-> Management Fees-> Unpost Management Fees Calculation.
Concession Burn Off Report
Does your company want to keep track of available leasing specials? The CONCESSION BURN OFF REPORT shows you the total specials, current and remaining lease amounts, as well as allows you to view both market and resident rent specials. These leasing specials can be viewed by unit or unit types.
Unposted Management Fee Detail Report
Would you like to review the details of the Management Fees Calculated before posting? You can do so by reviewing the Unposted Management Fee Detail Report. The report will summarize by property or GL.
Management Fees Setup
Setting up a management company as a property will enable you to run financials and aging reports for the selected management company.
Show Cash Balance Feature
